Tomorrow we dine! I thought I better test these out to see if they pass the picky eater test. Burn the Joy of Cooking and let's shop for something better.

Gwardo and I had this recipe right before our episode of Hotcakes today.
Best pancakes I've ever had! He had the cookbook, I do not; so I'm glad I found this on your blog!
We talk about it a bit in this episode, if interested.. http://hotcakespodcast.com/episode2010.php?ep=Hotcakes+%2371:+What+is+Super+Bowl%3F
